SATURDAY DINNER (approx. 6:30pm – 7:30pm, finished serving by 7:30pm)
We’re trying something new this season: Dinner at Lake Perris will be catered by a local restaurant, Que Barbaro.
Food will NOT be sold at the race, you must per-purchase on this site. Food sales will close Wednesday night, 2/4/2026 in order to give the caterer a final count.

- Cilantro
- Onions

- Green Onions
- Grilled Jalapenos
- Cheese for Quesadillas (Veggie Option)
Bring your own chair, a beverage, and warm clothing.
